I have found a MF 1030 on an up coming auction. Advertised to be 3 cyl Diesel, 4wd, 1834 hrs, w/ 1016 loader. Don't know the year. Who made the engine? How much HP is this unit? Is this a lot of hours? Anybody have one that could comment on the reliability? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I have 2 of the Japanese version of the 1030. Both 4WD. I love them to death. Great tractors. Very fuel efficient and just the right size. One has 950 hrs, the other has 1500. No problems from either.

Hinomoto 2302/2304. Hinomoto was the builders of Massey compacts until 1994.
