one told me I did not want these as they cost to much
the other told me they would not fit on my GC 2310..
as the front end loader and the backhoe were mounted

I've noticed your recent posts regarding wanting a snow blade to attach to your FEL, but didn't post a reply because I really don't know the first thing about pushing/plowing snow.
However, I've determined that I'm going to rig up a way to use a landscape rake mounted to my FEL to help clear weeds out of the pond. A speeco or JD quick hitch that will attach to the landscape rake, with mounting plates fabricated and welded to it so I can attach it to the quick-attach on my FEL just as I change out from bucket to forks.
I'm not sure about what's available for the GC, but the quick-attach for my FEL was less than $200, and requires removing the lower pin on each side to swap implements. If this is feasible you should be able to use a conventional 3ph blade on the front. And this has been done by other TBNer's by the way. I was sitting around one day thinking about how smart I was to think about this, and when browing the forums I saw a thread with pictures where it was in use! Can't find it right now, but if you are interested it's out there.

Massey's website lists "dozer blades" as one of the attachments for the GC2310. Hard for me to believe that FEL and BH are permanently attached. Too many folks like you that want to attach other stuff...

The "dozer blade" mentioned is mounted with the same quick attach front end as my snowblower. The idea is so that you can easily swap between implements.

Doug, are you wanting to keep the loader on so that you can push and lift the snow around as opposed to using the scraper on the back in combination with your loader (after you remove the BH of course ;-)

I am wanting to have the snow blade (plow) attached to the frontend loader.
The dozer blade listed for the mf 2310 best price I can find is $ 1770.00 a little high.

Evidently I have executed ruinous damage to my little red 2310. I hereby publicly confess that I have removed the permanently mounted backhoe twice, once for fun and once so that I could attach the GearMore G-series tiller.

BTW, if you pop for a G-Series on this tractor, plan on shortening the PTO shaft by at least 3 1/3 inches. (I suppose you could ask your dealer to perform this surgical procedure, but why give him a chance to screw things up again?)

Anyway I'm a happy 2310 owner. Tough little machine (so far).
