MF-274

I'm looking at a model 274 with MFWD. It shows 4000+ hours on the meter. Is it worn out? It's got new paint and rubber plus a loader, it looks good. Haven't driven it yet, what should I look for? How about price, he's asking $13500, too much?

It is actually a badge-engineered Landini built tractor,from the days whem Massey owned Landini. The 274 had a Perkins 236 engine with 55 pto hp. They were made from 1982-1989. If it was up here in Canada the price with that many hours would be in the $15,000 or so range.

external hydraulic pump tends to be undersized i own one and currently use it daily ,motor is a 236 perkins and are solid i have 12000 hours on mine !!!
