MF 4253 info?

I'm looking at to purchase a '97 MF4253 with 4350 hrs on tach that owner passed away & his heirs have offered it for sale. It's 2WD has a cab & FEL It has sat idle for several yrs & won't start. I noticed from viewing serial # tag this unit was built in England. I realize it's highly probably due to ULSD that inj pump will require being cleaned/resealed. Do these model tractors have any known problems? I'm also looking at to purchase a '84 model 250 2WD in similar condition & it won't start either.
I've owned/repaired several different brand of tractors but not any MF's.

That tractor is a beast and still a fairly simple tractor. Very few problems with all the tractors built in Coventry, England. If the price is right it’s a tractor that will last a long time. I’m sure you looked at the tractordata specs.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I checked Tratordata spec's. The built in England concerned me but as with your report I recieved positive replies about this tractor from another discussion forum. I guess thing to do is see if I can get it purchased.
