I love this powerhouse. Have had both and they are alike with a number change for some reason. Can do all I want done and more. What do you think about yours?

I don't know yet. I Am looking to buy a 583 4x4 while the finance rates are 0%. It is good to here that you are happy with the 563 though. I need to replace a tired old 383, hopefully I can find what I am looking for on a lot.

I own a pair of 583's used in a commercial mowing business. They have been VERY reliable tractors and my operators seem to like them. No complaints on my part. A LOT of tractor for the buck compared to other brands.

That's good to hear. I hope to get one before their incentives run out. I've been looking at them for over a year now, I just don't like to get in a hurry.

If they put a cab on it, I would look no further. But now the model no. has changed and I think they will be available in a cab 65hp. Is it the 2600 series?

Allways liked the 573, just too much for me to tow around. love the platform,
it's large enough to build a small house on. lol

Got a 573 and love it so far. Of course anything is better than the 50 horse farmtrac I had. The bigger 573 burns less fuel than the 555 farmtrac. Only had it a few months now. Guess we will see how it does next hay season.

I have a 461 and its a beast. I absolutly love this tractor but i have one issue im trying to resolve. Currently it slowly overheats when heavy brush hogging. We have replaced pump etc but stll have issue. Trying to determine next what to do. Radiator is very clean.

Was just a bad thermostat. The original was 1/2 plastic and had feel appart. New one is all metal and tractor runs like a beast. Very heavy duty and huge amounts of low end torque. Both of these attributes is what new tractors like Kubota. This tractor reminds me of the old school big bore tractors of the past. But has mwfd and shuttle.

I meant new tractors like Kubota are missing. :)

I still have my pair of 563s, both 07s. Combined about 1400hrs.
One still has the original battery, other battery died this spring. About 11 years.
Other problem is the fuel lines. Rubber with the cloth braid is not equivalent to the old style brass lines.
I've replaced them a couple times.
Other than that only fluid and filter changes.
Arnie (he has the loader and lifts heavy things) and Oliver have been great.

Battery on Number 2 Son has now failed also. Again, 11 years, no complaints.

I was thinking of updating the dandy duo.
I'm keeping them.
I don't want to deal with all the BS emmissions systems.
For my applications they more than serve the purpose.

I have the 2706 I wouldn't call it the best tractor in the world... I don't have much to say against it but just like yours I would say need more HP...

Not a lack of hp. Spinning the wheels long before running out of puff. Runs everything I have. 12 foot discs, sprayer with 38" fan, 8 foot side shifting bush hog etc
I just find the 2700s awkward to get off and on compared to the 563.
You get older and you'll know what I mean.
Some of the controls on the 2700h series look and feel like an after thought.
I used to be in orchard and they would definitely be to high, seating position etc.

For my application yes I don't have enough HP I need more PTO Hp and engine HP at the speed I want operate so in both case I need more ... I would need at least 80hp
