MF 4708

Hi can someone please help when I start my Mc 4708 the 3 point hitch will power up and continue powering up not allowing me to use the loader maybe through a priority valve? Until I unplug the lift solenoid then i can use the loader but I can’t lower the 3 point hitch have had the local dealer come out change the lift sensor but hasn’t been able to sort the problem the hitch will lower if I take out the bleed screw so the hitch isn’t seized please help I’m running out of ideas
