While mowing my MF 50 locked up on the road ,tried every gear tractor would not move (rear wheels didnt turn)had to pull off road with the pick up as iwas pulling it in neutral the left rear wheel turned forwards and the right rear wheel turned back wards no grinding noises present, but I am lost, would appreciate any help

Sounds like you may be locked into two gears and may have to pull the tranny cover to get the gears separated (and the fork reattached to the shifter lever).
Did this happen when shifting from forward to reverse, or reverse to forward? When the shifting fork gets a bit worn, I've had it happen before and would double clutch when shifting gears (that is push the clutch down to shift out of a gear, let up while in neutral, and back down to put into another gear).

Remove the oil fill plug (near shifter) Look straight down, and you will see a larger gear. It'll need to be pried forward to get unstuck from reverse, and rearward to get unstuck from forward. Try to make certain you DO NOT pull up (even slightly) on the shifter while changing gears. Get in the habit of pressing DOWN on the shifter while making gear changes, and that will minimize the chances of hanging in gear.
