Has anyone replaced these seals? Both mine are leaking badly and must be replaced.
I need a "how-to" lesson please.

I assume you are talking about the brake boot? Either drain the oil in the rear end OR jack up or drive the wheel up on a ramp to tilt the tractor to one side so the side lifted up is the side you want to repair.
Remove the adjusting nut on the brake rod and the linkage pin, #48 to get the linkage out of the way. Pry the old seal out of the housing. Put a little RTV sealant on the new boot where it mates with the housing. Tap the new boot around the rim on opposite little by little to get it started. Continue tapping in place until seated. Reassemble linkage and adjuster back. Adjust brakes so that you have about 3/4-1" pedal freeplay.

I apologize for not responding, for some reason I didn't receive a notification you replied.
Thank you very much! I haven't ordered the seals/boots yet, I've been too busy trying to move everything out of my old pole barn so the contractor can begin the rebuilding.
Every time I park my tractor, those seals leak about 6oz each of hyd oil onto my concrete floor.
I'll get those boots ordered tomorrow.

You also need to push seal over rod lip on inside or it will just keep seeping
