I assume you are talking about the brake boot? Either drain the oil in the rear end OR jack up or drive the wheel up on a ramp to tilt the tractor to one side so the side lifted up is the side you want to repair.
Remove the adjusting nut on the brake rod and the linkage pin, #48 to get the linkage out of the way. Pry the old seal out of the housing. Put a little RTV sealant on the new boot where it mates with the housing. Tap the new boot around the rim on opposite little by little to get it started. Continue tapping in place until seated. Reassemble linkage and adjuster back. Adjust brakes so that you have about 3/4-1" pedal freeplay.
