3-Point Hitch MF178

I have a 178 that has rear hydraulics. The 3 pt works well however the rear hydraulics will not keep an implement raised. Once I raise the implement it immediately goes back down.
Any ideas where to begin with trouble shooting the problem.

Using the position control lever? No auto correct on height?

I am sorry I think I was not clear on my request.
The 3 pt works well. My hydraulics work from the controls that are located on the top cover in front of seat. The rear aux hydraulics are my troubles. My trailer type disk or haybine will not hold in the up position. As soon as you raise them they drop back down. I hope this info will help understand my troubles.
