Sheesh.... all the providers have their "features".

Use encryption and trusted senders, and one may be able to avoid the inspections part to a point.

Not a problem on my end, just a problem of getting people on the other end to do the same...

A scratch built filter or rule run afoul? Or...perhaps you classified yourself and friend as "junk mail"? Which Microsoft mail client?

I display my ignorance by admitting that I can't answer your questions because I don't understand them. I can say that I use Outlook; and that to my knowledge, I haven't made any changes in a long, long time. I have run it through the Microsoft "fix it" scenario, but no fix. I had this problem one other time, but when the computer crashed and I added a new hard drive and downloaded all of the software again, the problem was gone for over a year.
