Middle buster/sub-soiler

King Kutter Incorporated
middle buster/sub-soiler work with my bx1860?

I am hoping to just dig maybe 8 to 12 inches with it, the width isn't as important as the depth.

In what type soil?

Going to take some hp to do it, and seems like you may be a bit short.

How many passes do you want to take to get down the 8-12?

You will be able to penetrate the soil with this attachment. It may take multiple passes and some rain followed by more tractor time. Soil conditions and rain are the variable factors. If you have the time,go for it. Pictures please.

My soil actually seems pretty soft so far, it was moved around so much when the house was built that it just doesn't seem to have compacted yet.

I don't mind doing multiple passes.
