Bird did you look at the new style 4110. Their engine is made in Korea by daedong. Many industrial applications use daedong engines. I liked the new 4 whl drive Mahindra They fit me better. I sat on NH, MF, Kubota, Tafe, Mahindra and Case/IH all in one day. I physically fit the NH and New Mahindra better. Like everything else ford/dodge/chevy its all Personal Opinion Jeff

I looked at the Mihindra when I bought my TC35D. I wasn't very impressed either. I drove it, operated a FEL and pulled a bush hog. I thought that it was just a basic Tractor, but nothing spectacular.

TexasJeff, I guess it's been about 2 years since the last time I stopped at the Mahindra dealer's place and I don't even remember the model numbers that I looked at. I was with a neighbor who was thinking of buying one, primarily for hay work.

Mahindra came out with their new line this year. It looks good to me 4 Wheel drive, 2 aux hydraulic 12 speed shuttle shift flat floor ect. Standard equip The only thing I am leery about is the electric/hydraulic PTO.

My neighbor just bought a Mahindra. He is suppose to have it delivered today. I know it is about 40 hp. That's all I know. Will update as he uses it.

I have been to Parkway and have bought several things from them. Good fellas, especially Charles, that is whom I normally deal with. They are in Calhoun GA, didn't know they had a web sight, congrats, Charles.

I believe they are about the largest, if not the largest dealer of Mahindra in the country.

Biilc,
Mihindra sure looks like the Internatioal tractors of the mid 70's give or take some years.

Seems like a lot of dealerships down around GA,NC etc..and thats good for the competition. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Thomas, I have been told that the Mahindra is based on the international, but the parts are NOT interchangable.

Thomas,

He had it delivered yesterday. It is a nice looking tractor. He opted for the FEL as well. Don't know why anyone would have a tractor and not get one. His is also 4x4. I told him to throw a bucket of mud on it to get the newness off. Don't think he liked my idea. The dealer had Armoralled (spelling?) the tires. It really looked nice.

Again, as he uses it I'll give y'all an update on how it works over time. Hope it gives him many years of trouble free service. The Internationals were very good tractors.

I agree those Int tractor at the time were darn good tracotrs also sold like hot cakes on a cold morning.

Kinda to bad he didn't purchase a FEL,becuase most of the time when someone changes there mind it cost more later on.

Hope it warm up down there for you folks.

You and your family have a safe and pleasant New Years.
