Missing Serial Number

That the swivel joint. It makes the rotating connection of all the hoses that control valves down to the undercarriage to travel motors, blade cylinders, case drain lines, etc.

Just a quick update. I have pressure washed as much of the frame as I can get to, and looked everywhere I can stick my head. Still no luck. It's looking like I'll just have to pick a number, within the range you gave me, and hope for the best. Thanks again for everyone's input, especially SSdoxie.

SSdoxie, I may have stumbled onto the answer to one of my previous questions. I found one of your messages from several years ago, where you explained how to switch the controls. What you described, is not the hoses I switched. I believe I got the ones next to the right drive (boom, I think), but when I traced the dipper hoses, they went to another block, under my left foot. In the photo, it's the one with white tape around it. It might be easier to spot the green markings on it. Could that be what caused the other issues I mentioned in a previous post, even though it did switch the controls, as I wanted? Now, if I can remember how to post a photo. Top of photo is toward front of machine.

Sorry I haven't been here for awhile. It has been too many years and far too many design changes for me to remember which functions were in which control valves. Olst access to all online schematics when retired.

I don't know if this will help your memory, but here is one of the drawings I've been looking at:

(Wow! I didn't think the address would be that long. If you can't find the page, I'll describe how to get to it.)

It's in the shop now, to have the differing track speeds and the coasting cab, fixed. I hope.

If someone can tell me why the address I pasted didn't show up, I'll try to do better, next time. Let's try it this way. Go to Bobcatpartsonline.com. Click on Model number, above the search box. Enter 331 into the search box. Click the search button. Click on 512913001 & above. Click on Hydraulic system. Scroll down to Hydraulic Circuitry (RH Joystick controls) (Bucket & Arm) (Standard Control Pattern) (Serial Number 512915200 - 512917112, 516711001 - 516711270).

I can't say there is every drawing you could ever need, but, there are a lot. Anyone with a 331 (or X331) might want to save this one.

Same thing happened to me. It was there, until I posted. I'm still a newbie here, so, I thought I had done something wrong.
