MT - In case you haven't seen their website, check out BXpanded Products. They have a nice seat back storage bag that you may like. It holds quite a bit of tools and it's waterproof. Check out their other products also, their bucket hooks are nice because you can take them off in about 10 seconds. Tod

LBrown59,
Wow ! You have an entire fleet of compact tractors. That is so cool. With every kind of attachment known to man to boot. I've got to go back and rethink the whole attachment issue. Can you imagine the number of projects one could do with all these ?

milkman,
Now that's what I'm talking about ! Awesome lookng exhaust pipes you have there. I won't have to cut out any part of the hood on my baby Kubota as you had to for your tractor. The BX 1860's muffler comes out of the left front corner of the black mesh grill. The chrome shop mafia guys simply measured out and up from the end of the muffler. The chrome pipe will be 2 1/2" wide and 32" tall and they made sure the loader would clear it. Are my eyes tricking me or are those really duel tires on both the front and rear axles ?
And yes, I'll post some photos hopefully by next Friday. Sorry for not mentioning you as one of the veterans in myprevious post.

Same with the 2200, here's a closer pic of how it is attached, the first picture was just a round black piece of cardboard and the muffler setting on the round cardboard. On the duals, your eyes are not playing tricks on you.

thavil,
I had no idea this website exsisted. I searched Kubota's home page and saw nothing like this. I could live with a tool bag attached to my tractor and I definately want the tow package. The description states that the trailer hitch will not interfere with 3-pt operations which is exactly what I would want. Thanks for the intel.

Milkman,
What can I say. I have fallen in love with your rear dually tires and must now get a set of my own. That aggressive look is impressive and would scare any project into submission. I am calling the dealership today. How much did it cost you ?

MissouriThunder: I loved reading this thread. Your unbound excitement for your new tractor is contagious. I'm sure you'll get many years of enjoyment out of it. I bought my tractor in 1995 but sold our property in 2002. Couldn't see selling the tractor so it has been stored at various friends' since then. We now have some property again so the tractor is coming out of storage and I can't wait to get out and play!!!

Milkman: Those duals are awesome!!

jdfire,
I say hooah and welcome back to the tractor world. Glad to hear you will soon be able to get some more seat time. I am with you on the storing a tractor as opposed to selling it. If for some unknown reason I had to sell our property, there's no way in he** I could part with my tractor, especially after reading these message boards. In the short time since I entered the tractor world, I have gained so my much insight of the do's and dont's from folks that have years and years of seat time. Please post some pictures of your tractor. Take care.

milkman,
The dealership broke my spirit today. I told him to mount me a set of rear duels and then showed him your picture. His exact words were "ain't no way, ain't no how and if you make one modification to your axle then the transmission and suspension warrenty will be void !" I was hoping this wasn't going to require any mechanical skills or special tools because I don't have any. I guess I'll call some shops and see if they could do it for me. The dealer said the rear tire and rim was $125 each so it wouldn't be a terribly expensive project. Thanks anyways. I'm going back to my cubicle to sulk :(

There's a big flashing button on the main "Discussions" page right next to "Kubota Owning And Operating" that screams "BXpanded"!

Sounds like less than stellar bang for the advertising buck! lol:;):D:D

All you have to do is click it to see the goodies!

Have fun with the tractor!!

KML,
I appreciate your efforts but as stated earlier, I have zero mechanical skills and am computer illiterate. Why would I install a couple of barbell looking things on my tractor anyway ???

Harry,
I had no idea that by clicking on thse flashy signs another webpage opens up. If your ad on these messge boards would have been a snake it would have bit me. Thanks for making me a bit smarter. I do like your trailer hitch and possibly the tool bag. I'll place an order within the next couple of days.
