Absolutely love the photos you posted.
1*How many projects have you completed with "the bota fleet?"
2* Just curious as to how much you gave for the spring loaded snow blade. I've been seriously looking to buy one.

1*I can't count them on both hands & more than I can think of at the moment.
I have done 1178 hours worth of projects with just the BX23 alone.
2*They run around $2000 new which includes The Blade,Quick hitch and control valve.
Since you already have the control valve that operates your FEL you can probably knock about $450 to $500 off the $2000 figure.
I got a couldn't pass it up bargen on it of $1500 new
for the blade,Quick hitch and control valve.
I had to buy the control valve because the tractor I bought did not have a control valve on it.
Had it had a control valve on it I could have gotten the blade for around $1000 to $1050.

*Here are some photos of mine in action

Get the 60 inch blade not the 54''one.
The 60'' is Hyd lift and angle.
The 54'' don't have the Hyd angle.
You don't want to manually angle the blade especially out in the cold plowing snow..

LBrown59,
Thank you for sharing the information. After looking at your awesome photos, I think I'm going to stick with my original plan of getting a spring loaded blade. I know I could save some money buy purchasing a rear blade but this would take away the concept of pushing snow and spreading salt with a 3-pt spreader at the same time which is the kind of winter set-up I wanted in the first place.

Still waiting on the chrome shop guys to finish my chrome stack and canopy. The wait is killing me.

Johndeere3720,
I'm giddy with excitement and can't wait to see it. You are either one cool artist dude and want to share your work with the rest of us or you're in the final stages of planning an embarrassment attack on me. Obviously you are a John Deere fan so why draw a picture of my baby Kubota ? I don't get it. Anyhow, best of luck with your drawing.

LBrown59,
Please tell me where you got your blade from. My Kubota dealer told me today the best he could do is $1800. Thanks in advance.

Oh my God ! Oh my God ! I just realized after proof-reading my reply to Johndeere3720 that I have become a BRONZE MEMBER ! Wow ! How do these awesome milestones work ? As in the great sport of wrestling I would assume the silver medal is next but after how many posts ? 100 ? 200? Somebody please help. I would however, like to take a moment and thank all my John Deere fans for helping me reach this milestone because if it not for them I'd still be a newbie ! Thank you, thank you, thank you. :D :D :D

Barlow equipment in KY.

*There are 3 things you need for the Blade.
1*The balade itself. Est. cost. $1000
2*The quick attach.Aprox $500.
3*The Hyd. control valve. About $500.

Since you all ready have the Hyd. control valve.
your price should be around $1500.
Are you sure your dealer is not charging you for another Hyd. control valve?

Changed it just yesterday I think. Really recently anyhow. As soon as the name was carved in stone I started looking for new images. I love the name.

NOTE: Never noticed your service notes before. God Bless you for being a man of the service!!!!!
