So I decided to add a Mahindra 3550 to by fleet. Hst, cab, loader, 4wd...600hrs.

A few things need addressed

Tie rod boots are both shot. So I'll fix that.

But also the loader kickstand is MIA

Don't even know what a dealer would charge or what one would cost. But I just plan on making one. So was hoping someone could share a pic and give me a length.

Thanks

Kudos for wanting to make your own kickstand. I assume that the mounting bracket for the kickstand/legs is missing? My tractor is smaller than yours, but the mounting bracket is located only about 15%-20% up on the rail that is closest to the bucket. Personally, if I had my "druthers" I'd mount it up on the rail as far as I could near the top. My model doesn't have any support for the super structure mounting point near mid-frame. If you drop the FEL (on mine) I suspect it will want to tip backwards when freed from tractor.

As long as you're on level ground, with the bucket flat, just take a measurement from the ground to where you want to mount the bracket and leg. One small piece of advice: for the "foot" or pad on the bottom of your leg, make sure it can swivel front to back to adapt to any slope on the ground. And I'd make the foot plenty big for stability. The OEM on is a joke.

I occasionally will un-attach the bucket when I need more clearance. The SSQA only sticks out about a foot from the front of the tractor. So I haven't needed to take off the super structure on mine.

Probably not much help, but I'm sure other guys on here have a good remedy for you.

Sounds like a different style. This one is a leg that gets unpinned and pulled out of the cross tube .. and repinned underneath.

I edited the title. ML120-ML130 loader.....Anyone know the length of the jackstand to save me some trial and error to take the thing off.

Was missing when I got it used. Seems the mahindra part number shows for the 4035-5035 tractors as well as the 3550 and 3540.

I havent asked a dealer yet, not sure if they would even have that info or would even be willing to help. Since 1. its not a current model and for 2, I dont want to purchase a leg.

I do need to get a manual for the tractor....I assume calling a dealer and just ordering one cause I cannot find an online owners manual yet unless anyone has a link

Hello Sir. I have similiar situation for my ML112 loader on my 4110. Since the pipe fits in the cross support pipe for the loader, it cannot be any longer than the cross support is long. I am planning on my loader to use a 1.5 inch metal pipe 1 inch shorter than the length of the cross support pipe on the loader. If it is too long, I can always shorten the length.

Just my thought!!

My ml112 has the jack still. I can measure when I get home.
