You might want to add some extra longitudinal pipes to the screen, which are hinged on 1 side and on the other side mounted to an eccentric wheel which is to be driven by a hydraulic motor.
They use vibrators on potato diggers, but the amount of vibration they can use is limited by the potato tendency to get bruised.
You stones dont get bruised, so the limiting factor would be the construction itself. You might be able to multiply the capacity of the screen with a vibration device by a factor 3 or 4...

What's your soil type? What kind of soil preparation will you do before picking the rocks, i.e. plow & harrow ? Am wondering how well the solid cutting edge will work. Had you considered a toothed cutting edge, like a rock bucket might have? Nice workmanship. Anxious to see it work. MikeD74T
