I thought I'd post some photos of modifications to my Kubota B2320. Although these are not nearly at the level of what other TBN members post, I believe that I've had a few good ideas.

To start I added this piece to the ballast box:

Without extra weight on this little tractor a drawbar was useless for pulling. Now I attach chains to these loops making use of the extra weight and traction.

After a log went over top of my bucket and cracked a headlight, I added additional protection to the brush-guard:

I disagree, I think you did a fantastic job.

Hi Bill,

I agree, don't sell your mods short.

Nice work on the ballast box and hood protector. We went with a trailer hitch box mounted on the center bottom of the BB and pvc pipes for tool holders. Did you fill the box pemanently or just temp?

Did your "accident protection plan" cover your light repair?

The bucket rollback damage was one of the specific items our dealer mentioned in selling the plan.

Did do thise pretty welds yourself?

I'm actually working on the tool holders for the ballast box now. (I've seen a lot of great ideas here on TBN.) I'm not really sure how to fill the ballast box permanently. Do you have any suggestions?

I wasn't sold an "accident protection plan"...I guess that it would have been useful.

I'll try to get some pictures of ours tomorrow. We used PVC pipes of several diameters cut to length, old truck and car brake disks (for density) and something like 350# of sackrete high strength concrete to fill ours to just below level. I also embedded a "J"-bolt (hot dipped galvanized) in each corner for a future use.
(I'm not sure whether a lid/cover or a carry-all platform is in its future.)
