You will like the MX5400, heavy, plenty of power, comfortable. Are you seeking the hydrostatic transmission? Only option in my opinion, fits my needs for loader, rotary cutter, and grapple work for 30 acres in North Texas.
Yep, I am really excited. Originally considered the L4701, but the MX5400 gives you so much more, for not much more money. I am still trying to make up my mind about the HST. I've driven an HST on the JD I rent for cutting my pastures, and am not sold. I will say, I haven't tried using a loader while shifting with a Stick. Ive got 38 acres - 14 pasture and 24 trees.
