Well, I finally have some more photos on the progress of my barn. I am making steady progress now, so maybe I cna keep this thread updated on a moderately frequent basis. I started the pole barn with some request for help with post holes under this thread . There were some photos there on the posts and the fill. If you want to see the site prep and post photos, check there.

I also posted some CAD type 3-d drawings of what the finished product will (hopefully) look like under this post . I will attach the best perspective to this posting to start off this dedicated thread.

Here is the frame view from the driveway. Notice the convenient job box on the right. (the one with four wheels) Locks on the cap and the tailgate allow me to keep my tools safe without unloading them each day.

Here is a shot of the temporary all weather electric panel. The panel is permanent, its the all weather part that's temporary.

Here's a view of the floor joists seen from the ground. They're pretty high up there. Good overhead clearance. I think I could get a hydraulic lift up to max height with my truck on it, and just barely miss the joists. Of course, when the slab is poured an a few years, the clearance height might not be enough /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I think I'd spend my time in the loft looking at the view.
