The 12V outlet is mounted under my seat, and was bought at Walmart also. Under $10 as well.

This power plug was bought from Radio Shack. One can connect with the banana plugs as I have, or just hook the wires in directly. Note that I bought straight black and red wire to make the connections for the flood light, a coiled 12V power plug wire for the amber strobe.

I bought this double 12V outlet from Radio Shack as well so that I could plug in the Amber strobe and the floodlight at the same time. This plugs right into the 12V outlet, and position can change as you'll see in this picture and the next.

Another position you can use on the double 12V outlet.

This amber strobe was bought at a truck parts store. A coiled 12V power plug wire, and a magnet that uses dbl sided tape to connect to the strobe were also purchased there. Way too much cost I think now at $65, but it is a good quality strobe.

KiotiJohn - Thanks for all the good pics. I think I get the complete "picture" now. I took a look at my TC29D today to find some wiring around the seat area to tap into and realized it looks like NH has a 12V "plug" already there for accessories.
I didn't have much success at Harbor Freight this weekend (sold out of the 4" magnetic ground blocks) but I'll get there. Thanks again.

They also have a smaller (2" ?) magnetic ground blocks - those are what I picked up to use (since they are already painted orange and are closer to the width of the ROPS on our Kubota B2910)

I'm going with a four light set up (2 facing front and two facing rear) mounted on a piece of aluminum (an old door threshold that I painted) and placed on top of the ROPS. I plan on running the wire from a NEMA waterproof plastic switch box up the ROPS in some plastic loom and terminating it in a flat four wire trailer plug in the middle of the top of the ROPS. The lightbar itself will have a short lead on it - terminated with the other end of the traler plug.
