The tractor can be winched on from the rear by simply putting the joystick in float and dragging the tractor on the truck.
If it has to be winched on from the front put the joystick in float and slip the cable under the bucket, raising the bucket an inch or two if necessary using a jack, crowbar or whatever means is at hand. After properly attaching the cable to the front frame or axle, cable tension will raise the loader sufficiently to allow the tractor to be winched on.
No extra tractors involved. Anyone with experience with dead tractors and a recovery vehicle with a winch undoubtedly will understand how to load your tractor safely and efficiently.
