Been there, done that. The arms move freely up and down but there is no hydraulic power. I've turned the valve on and off several times, played with the levers, done a dance around the tractor, and nothing.

Missed the fire idea, will try that today after the rain stops LOL. Actually, I called a dealer and got in touch with the right guy. He said I didn't connect a set of hydraulic hoses from my backhoe correctly. That will be my chore for today. I will post my results.
Well....so much for the dealer input. I have three hydraulic leads coming from the hydraulic system to hook up my backhoe. 2 males and one female. Neither one of the males will mate with the female. I'm not so sure the guys who plumbed this thing didn't mess something up.
