I own pro saws in both brands, and have for many years. I also prefer Stihl, but in terms of pure performance power/weight ratio, the pro Husqvarnas more often take the ribbon. Both make good saws, and both make cheap saws.must have been the cheapest got at tsc , shouldve went a few blocks farther and got a stihl
Sounds like someone that has never used one.I'm just gonna put this out there...unless you have rows of trees or obstructions what is the craze for "zero turn mowers". You have 2 acres...you will drive a straight line, make a 180 and do it again, and again and again. Is it necessary to make THAT turn with a zero turn pivot? Again if you have 57 trees to pivot around I get it, otherwise I'm sitting back and relaxing for the straight line journey.
I can do about 4 mph across my lawn on my tractor. Much more than that, and I'm bouncing around so hard that I feel like I'm going to break something. But I do 11 mph on my zero turn, excepting a few areas (eg. culverts, driveway crossings). It also accelerates from 0 - 11 mph, and back down to zero for any required obstacles, in the blink of an eye.I'm just gonna put this out there...unless you have rows of trees or obstructions what is the craze for "zero turn mowers".
