Someone needs to put a tachometer on the shaft of the motor to get the true RPMs. Then use math to figure out the MPH of the tip of the blade. Anyone got a handheld tach with a contact wheel that could be placed on the motor shaft. I use to have access to that type of equipment when I was working on motors and motor controllers, but no longer do.
