Was clearing a lot and had run over this spot several times the preceding week. We got a little rain. So, I waited a few days for it to dry out. Obviously, I did not wait long enough. I was close to a small stream that ran along the back edge of the property. So I tried to be careful and not get too close cause I knew the water table was high. I do not know if that was a hidden spring or what, becuase the tractor sank with nary a spin. Took limbs underneath the tires and my jeep anchored against a tree to pull it out:confused2:

Yikes! Nice tractor btw. Had a misti truck once. It was a darn good truck and if I could get away with a mini truck again I'd get another mitsi.

Ha! My wife was sure shocked when she saw it. I was pretty sick that day too. It was a pain to get out. Luckily I was able to use the hydros and raise it up enough to place a bridge I made underneath it and drive out. The poor truck needs some locking diffs.

Just a thought - did you change front axle gear oil? It could have gotten contaminated..

It's funny how expirence and bad judgement work together. I have found it easier to go get help at the first sign when you see self recovery is not an option. It only gets worse when you dig your self deeper. Self taught at Dan's school of hard knocks.

Yeah, I need to do a complete service soon. I'm adding Top and tilt in the next few days so I'll be doing a full service to it all.

Looks like the tractor with harvesting the corn got stuck and the others lined up to pull him out the opposite of how he got stuck.

I've had the D3 on Adobe Grease with it going sideways... that was enough for me to park it right were it was till things firmed up a couple of days later.

The Mitsubishi MT4201D is a great little tractor. WIth the turbo charger, it packed quite a bit of horsepower in its small frame. I wouldn't hesitate to get another, if I ever come across one again:thumbsup:

Thought I would get some seat time because the weather was so great today. Dug up a small tree and turned around to push it into a pile and it just started sliding sideways into the mud. The more I tried to keep away from it, the more it slid sideways into it. Took a couple of hours, my L245DT, couple of 2X6s, and my wife to get it out. The BX23 is not built for mud. I never got my L245DT stuck.
