I think I got my plan together for now.

Gonna pull off the green marked hose here
IMG_20160707_083504134-1200x2133.jpg
Which the other end attaches to PB at the loader.

Then I am gonna run a hose from the PB port on the loader to a triple or quadruple spool valve back beside the seat where the oem remotes mount.

Then PB out of there back to where the green hose is in the pic.

That "should" splice the remotes in after the loader valve, but before the 3ph.

Hope all that is correct.

Now just time to find a valve. Probably just gonna go with an 8gpm valve, as those seem pretty common. Even though the tractor is just a tad over 9gpm...it still uses 3/8 hoses.

I like the monoblock valves. Cheaper, compact, easier. But cannot find a 3-4 spool with anything other than spring return 3-pos spools. Would like to have at least two float, but preferably all 3. An all spring return 3-spool unit is $200-300 depending on brand.

Only way I seem to be able to find float valves though is stackables. And that pushes valve cost to about $450. If I could only find a triple monoblock with all 4-pos float spools for $250ish.

From there, motion industries can get me 1/2" again couplers with two-way sleeve for $18ea. So 6 of them+dust caps should be in the $125 range. And I will make my own clamp mounts.

6 short hoses and fittings to connect the couplers, and the hoses supplying the valve and return....prolly looking at $200 there and I'm done.

So $200 for hoses and fittings
$125 for couplers
$250(best case) $450(worst case) for a valve.

Should be able to get myself 3 remotes for $600-$800

Yes that will work just fine for the supply lines, don't forget though, you will need a line running from the new remote set to the tank return line, it can tee into the existing line running from the loader valve to the tractor.

If it were me, I would get at least 1 detent. I wish I could have got one just in case I want to hook up something like a log splitter l..

My thoughts are I can always manually fix the valve...bunjee or whatever. But cannot make a valve without float....operate like a float.

I can foresee no current or future uses for a detent. Not enough flow to even consider a 3PH splitter, which is about the only thing I can think of that would need one.

The dealer recommended for me to have the detent removed when I took deliver of the Kioti so that some "less informed person" would leave the valve in detent and possibly damage the pump and generate a lot of heat. I had him remove it before delivery and have not been sorry for that decision. Like you said I can easily stretch a bungee cord if for some reason I wanted to detent the valve. I was told float was not an option on the Kioti DK35 OEM valves. however I have heard some of the retrofit by dealer valves can have float.

As mentioned, a standard 3 spool 3-pos spring return valve I can pick up for about $200.

I contacted brand hydraulics, then spoke with a distributor about ordering a monoblock valve with 3 4th pos detents. For $430, as quoted, I'd just as soon build a stack valve.

Still trying to get ahold of Baileys, they offer a chief valve, 3 spools, with only the first one having float...it's $185. Need to confirm if it is PB capable and if there is an option to get all 3 spools with float. And if so...how much$$$.

Of course the other option is to do a single spool float valve, then a diverter kit for the rest of the remotes. Not sure what those 1 into 3 electric over hydraulic diverters cost, but I am sure it is more than the $200-$300 difference between a single spool and 3 spool valve

Best you can do for the Electric/hydraulic is about $185 each.. I don't think you are going to come out money ahead that way.. It is a good way if you already have a OEM valve and want to add a valve or two easily, but in your case.. I think you need to continue along the path you are on.

Sad part is I currently have no uses at all for the remotes. But I can see myself making a toplink and sidelink cylinder soon after I get them done. Followed closely by a rear angling blade or converting my existing blade to angle.

That's pretty much exactly how the setup works with the factory kit on the L. Just need to find a place to tie in the return from your valve stack (may be that you can use that block attachment point after all, but for a return fitting only).

No luck finding a monoblock with 3-flaot spools, other than spec'ing one out through brand hydraulics to the tune of ~$430.

Called baileys. Called northern, called many places. Here are my options not counting plumbing from tractor to valve, PB to 3PH, or valve to tank, because that is gonna all be the same no matter which option I choose:

Option 1:
I can get a chief G series 3-spool mono that has 1 spool with float. And 2 that dont. -10 in/out ports and -08 work ports. $185 @ baileys
Would need 6 female 1/2" ISO 5675couplings with 2-way sleeve from motion industries and 6 dust caps....$125
6 hoses about 12-18" long to connect the couplers to the valve......$20ea........................................$120
6 ORB to JIC adapters to connect hoses to valve.....................$10 total.

Option 1 total: $440 + shipping on parts + supply,PB, and return from valve
***Only has 1 float valve. But is a nice small 10gpm valve monoblock

Option 2:
Chief PC100 stackable valve from baileys:
3 Float work sections @ $83ea, Inlet section $24, outlet w/PB $25, Bolt kit $8.......Valve total $306
Same 6 hoses and JIC adapters....................................................................$130
Couplings..............................................................$125

Option 2 total $561 + shipping on parts + supply,PB, and return from valve
****What I dont like about this is the inlet/outlet are -12 and work ports are -10, since its a 21GPM valve. I worry about size being an issue, as well as trying to slowly control/feather the hydraulics with this big 21gpm valve

Option 3:
Prince SV series valve from baileys
3 float work sections $110ea, inlet section $47, outlet section w/PB $65, Bolt kit $14.....total valve.....$456
Same hoses and adapters............................................$130
Couplers....................$125

Total for option 3 $711 + shipping on parts + supply,PB, and return from valve
****I like that this is a smaller valve with -08 work ports and 10gpm flow, but dont like the cost. I'd probably order a monoblock from brand hydraulics with 3-flaot spools before I went this route.

Option 4: Order one of these Fasse Remote Master Hydraulic Tripler Valve Kit 7-13 for $475
Get a single spool float valve ~$100 many places
Plumb the 2 hoses to the from the fasse block , then 6 hoses $130 + 6 couplers $125 out the back

Option 4 total.........$830
**would require a few extra fittings and hoses to plumb the single spool valve to the fasse

Option 5: Just go all out and get Fasse 2 GPM ISO Hydraulic Tripler Remote Valve Kit with Command Stick $875
Still need a single spool valve ~$100
And would only need 2 hoses to go from valve to tripler block....$40
Wouldnt need any couplers as this comes with them. Mount the smart joystick to the single spool valve.

Option 5 total: $1015
***This would be a real slick setup, but have a hard time justifying the cost. Especially since I dont even have anything for the remotes to control at the moment.

Option 6: same as above, but waiting on a quote for this Wetherell Manufacturing Co. :: Made in the U.S.A.

Since I am a tight @$$ I'll probably just go with option 1 and live with 1 float valve. I really dont ever seen needing to float 2 at the same time. But If I were to ever get a TNT setup, they would likely always remained hooked up. If mowing and I want TL float.....okay. If grading and I now want optional side link float....I can just swap the couplers. Anyone have any examples of where you would need multiple floats on the SAME implement?

Option 7 That I am currently mulling over..

Get two of these SAE 8 15 GPM DOUBLE SELECTOR VALVE 12 VDC P15544-1

+ ~$100 for a single spool float valve. Plumb it into these two blocks in parallel.

Would have to buy 4 rear sets...~$160.
Hoses to plumb from this block pair to rear remotes $175

So ~$790 for FOUR sets of remotes.

If I went this route, still trying to decide if I would just mount the couplers direct to the solenoid block.....or if I would still want to run a short piece of hose back to the couplers, that way I can make brackets and clamp mount by the sleeve to get 1-handed operation + breakaway.

Uggg.....The more research I do, the more options I keep coming up with and even more undecided.

The block I linked above......one of these SAE 8 15 GPM DOUBLE SELECTOR VALVE 12 VDC P15544-1 seem to be widely avaliable at many sources and pretty cheap.

Why is it that simply adding a 3 coil/valve makes the price jump extreme and almost impossible to find. Fasse and wetherell seem to be the only two sources I can find, and for just a block/coils with no couplers or switch box they are about 3x's the cost of a double block :mur: Just dont seem right.

And after looking at other options, the fasse and wetherell, seems with a small re-design, could either be made cheaper.....or made to do more with the same price. You only need 2 coils/valves to control 3 functions, and 3 coil/valves should be able to control 4. Because you could have a default passage through the block, allowing for 1 function with NONE of the valves are active/energized. Then activate 1 for a second function. So if you wanted a doubler, basically you would only need 1 coil, basically a simple selector valve. De-energized feeds 1 function, energized feeds the second. Just like a diverter valve for a FEL. Not trying to re-engineer whats currently out there, just think they could be made better.

So after doing more looking, and discovering products that I didnt know existed....I came across stackable selector valves.
Chief Stackable Solenoid & Manual Operated Circuit Selector Valves: 14 @ 345 PSI GPM, SAE 8 Port Size, 5 PSI, 22934
For $232 I could stack two of these together and get 3 functions. And all 3 could be controlled by a simple 3 position toggle switch. In the off (center position), and neither coil energized, I could control the first set of remotes. Toggle one way to energize the first coil and control the second set. Toggle the other way to energize the second coil and control the third remote.

And I am having a harder time than I thought trying to find an affordable single spool float valve with PB. I could have swore I ran across them before for ~$100...not much more than a basic 34-way-3pos. But right now it looks like my best option is the prince 1 SPOOL 8 GPM PRINCE MB11G5C1 DA FLOAT VALVE for $199

Add 6 female couplers for $120

Probably $200 in all the hoses and fittings I am gonna need

And for ~$750 I sould have a complete 3 remote setup, with a single control valve and a 3 pos toggle. All 3 having float.

Best part is if I need more, I can buy another diverter section for $116, another pair of couplers for $40, and a few more hoses and toggle. So $200 more ea for a 4th, 5th, etc.
