Really, really sounds like a dealer issue.. Selling bad tractors, oil spraying, telling you were to go, etc.. Once this is settled DEFINITELY move to another dealer.. Seems he is having some issue with Kabuta and is trying hard not to be a dealer for them anymore.

If the dealer wants to fight Kubota then let them. I would just ask Kubota to find me a different dealer.

Good luck to you. Kubota has some good reps who will go out of their way to help their customers. The rep from my area cares more about the local dealers then the customers I believe but there are others who are different and will do what they can to help you. If your local dealer refuses to replace the tractor can your rep work with a different dealer to take care of you?
To clarify my comment, I contacted my local Kubota dealer about a air suspension seat for my narrow and the salesman wouldn't waste his time to help me. After a couple months I got help from a Kubota rep who monitors this board and he told me what I needed to know. From there I talked to Neil Messick and we got things figured out. I ordered the seat through him and he was going to have Kubota drop ship it to my house so that I wouldn't get nailed with shipping. The rep from my area denied that request and wanted me to buy it from the local dealer instead. So Neil had it sent to his store and then to me. My local salesman called me after the local rep denied the drop ship request and I have to assume he told the dealer to contact me about it. I had already ordered the seat from Neil and wasn't going to change since the local dealer had plenty of chances to help me out. So there are good reps and there are others who are not so good. It sounds like the OP has a good rep in his area and that should go a long way to getting this tractor changed out.
