You have a source for that? One problem with your story is that prosecuting attorneys are not involved in civil cases. Rural legend if you ask me.
No, I don't have a source. I just know the man it happened to 10 to 12 years ago. Whatever the opposing attorney is called for the claimant, (plaintiff lawyer I assume) is who won the case for them. When i see him again, I'll ask if he created an "urban legend" and if it did not happen the way he described, why he would do so if nothing happened to him or why he got rid of the horses after that incident (excuse me, "alleged incident") You can correct me about what i termed the lawyer was as that is just ignorance on my part, your next assumption begins to state something else which is unprovoked in my manner of thinking.
