My first major build & welding

I decided to build me a land leveler/land plane grader out of some scrap steel. Still new to welding & self taught along with some great help on here learning. Anyhow I know talking is boring so here are the pictures My welding is still a work in progress but I can seem to get two pieces of metal to stick.

Used my Everlast 200ST for the project with 6011 for a root pass and cover with 7018 multi pass.

Niced job! For being new to welding your welds look amazing as well. How'd your leveler work?

Haven't used it yet, have about a mile of gravel road to repair this week so I'll know soon.

Appreciate that, definitely not code quality but maybe good enough for around the farm.

Good job BMan - isn't nice to be able to build your own stuff.
That particular implement you will enjoy and it will save you tons of time so you can weld up more useful stuff.

The giveaway wasn't "land leveler" . It was "build ME".

That should certainly do some leveling. Now, you just need to build a nice Roller/Packer to pull behind that.
