Yeah, the building is new, almost. The previous owner of the land had it built in '04 to house RV's or tour buses, or something like that, but he never occupied it. My hobbies are building hot rods and racing motorcycles so it was the building that attracted me to the property. A 6000 sq ft shop will be a dream come true. I'll build a house in the next year or two and live there full time.
