Got a call today about my dealer changing a Module on the 4500 series.

I have one, and thought about doing that. I decided to take the Chemical route instead.

Our dealer came yesterday and replaced a computer module in the 4500 for my Neighbor - took about 15 min. It is possible that only certain serial numbers had the problem, but that tells you that Ventrac is on top of things and will fix things before you have a problem if they are aware of anything than needs a fix.

My guy just installled a new brain and diode for repair. Took about 15 min. I asked him about air pressure and he said 8 to 10 psi.
