My Fx28D

I just got my FX28D from Hoye tractor. I must say that Stan Hoye is the nicest person from whom I have every bought something. After agreeing on a price, I emailed to ask how much more it would be for a tiller--they threw one in. $10,000 for the FX28D 33 hp with box blade, tiller, an 5 foot finish mower and loader. They delivered it almost 700 miles for $400. It was raining when they got here and at Mr. Hoye's suggestion, he waited 5 hours until the rain stopped to bring the tractor over. Can't imagine better service.

Runs great, everything works. Gotta get manuals.

That's the picture the dealer sent me. I live in South Louisiana. The houses are up off of the ground. Just park under the house. Of course when the hurricane comes you have to runnnnnn! ...and move everything under your house to higher ground. This year (first in 10 years) there was water under the house, twice. Bye Bye half-dead Craftsman, hello yanmar.

I kinda hated to see that one go! That was one of my favorite tractors. I wish I could have got some pictures of it after we put the decal kit on it but the weather would not cooperate. I'm glad to hear that you like it though.

Aaron that what I call a full service dealer. I'm trying to establish myself as this kind of dealer in Ala. I was this kind of dealer in the printing business before I retired and started a tractor business. I enjoy the tractor business, but I've got a long ways to go to become a full service dealer. I've made deliverys to place that were on the end of the road and one place I had to get the man to pull my truck and trailer up the hill to get out. So keep up the good work. Thats what we all should be trying to do. Lets work together to enhance the name of Yanmar and it will give us our rewards. There is a saying "That if you take care of your business, it will take care of you".
