That sucks, especially the poor weld. I love my GC2410 even though its had some issues needed to be worked (200 hours) out but I never regretted not buying any of the other brands. As I understand it the implements were made in the US, tractor made in Japan but not sure if thats changed.

Interesting, the prior versions of this model were of Japanese construction. Is it just the loader frame fabricated in China? In any case, QC falls on Massey/Agco to assure buyers. I wonder how many other major manufacturers sub out China fabrication.

The loader frame is made by ALO (the loader manufacturer) at one of their factories in China. The loader is made by ALO in Tennessee. he tractor could have been made by Iseki in their Japan factory or in their Indonesian factory (the serial number plate will tell you which country it was produced in). We have seen a couple of DL95 loader mounts that were not welded properly, in both cases it is pretty easy to see that the weld bead was placed off to one side of the seam. Have been told that ALO has been made aware of the issue and is working with AGCO to get it resolved.

Hard to tell for sure from the OP’s photo but it sure looks to me that the fillet weld was placed correctly. Just Zero penetration.
