Here are some photos of the grill guard that was on my B8200 with LA350 loader. This was a factory guard.

I'll have to delay until tomorrow on the pictures. I got the seat time today (various dirt/gravel/mulch moving projects at my church), but swapped vehicles at the last minute and left my digital camera in the wrong vehicle. I have both the tractor and camera at my house now but it is dark outside. So maybe tomorrow...

I didn't realize that the LA350 loader also fit the B8200. I'll add that to my book of knowledge (the book is approaching 1/2 page in length...).

After looking at different LA350 grill guards, I will now say that I don't know if there is a "standard" grill guard; at least I have never seen two alike yet.

Attached is a picture from the LA350 manual of how to install the optional grill guard.

Notice that, in addition to protecting the front grill, it is designed to protect the front corner of the hood. The grill guard is designed to fold forward allowing the hood to be raised. Even though this grill guard doesn't look the same as mine, it is a similiar design. I will post my pictures next.

I think your grill guard is not a factory piece. I did notice on my LA350 frame that there are tapped holes near the front and a regular hole about 6"-8" back. I figured this was for the grill guard. Looking at your scan of the manual, I confirmed this. This all will help a lot!!

I'll agree with you that my grill guard is probably not a Kubota original, unless Kubota made more than one kind of grill guard (which I doubt, but who knows?).
