Highbeam's loader boom will be replaced, it's on its way to the dealer.
Let me very clear about this. There was a miscommunication between the dealer and Kioti.
It's no surprise to me that all of this could have been avoided had the miscommunication not happened.
It was not anyone's FAULT really, we have all experienced problems from a lack of proper communications.

Why did you have to spoil it by calling Kioti? Who'd a thunk you could contact a distributor directly(as opposed to posting a letter on the internet chat site) for relief?
