I would still contact Washington State consumer affairs and find out what
options are available. I find it hard to believe that there would be no recourse in that state for selling defective products that could potentialy
cause serious injury or death. This kinda thing really get's my dander up so mabye i'm overreacting... i don't know. I would still look into it. just my .02

Highbeam's loader boom will be replaced, it's on its way to the dealer.
Let me very clear about this. There was a miscommunication between the dealer and Kioti.
It's no surprise to me that all of this could have been avoided had the miscommunication not happened.
It was not anyone's FAULT really, we have all experienced problems from a lack of proper communications.

I was hoping we could spend another three or four days and a hundred or so messages on this topic.
Why did you have to spoil it by calling Kioti? Who'd a thunk you could contact a distributor directly(as opposed to posting a letter on the internet chat site) for relief?

I have had my new CK25 for two weeks and this loader problem has my balloon leaking not broken...I guess we will see just how much Kioti wants to back up their products and join the big boys.
Hoping I have made the right choice.
