MY Mods to a BX TPH

I've been a long time reader a some times committer and will for the first time contribute to this fine forum. I've made a few changes to my TPH. First, to allow the back blade to follow the contours of the church parking lot, I replaced the rigid lift links with links made of chain and also adjustable. Then, as I was always having trouble with the little pin that retained the spreaderbar mounting plate, I welded a 3/4" nut and installed a bolt that never needs to come all the way out. No more dropped and/or lost pins.

this looks like the ultmate low cost tilt setup just adjust the chains to the angle you need.

Yes, mine does to. But with the chain links it allows one side of the blade ride up while the other stays down on the pavement.

There are different pin holes that also allow the arms to move up and down free from the hitch hydraulics.
