Thanks for the complements!! It belonged to a Jay County Sheriff's father. He got it for $800 a couple years ago, Now he lives with family and nolonger needed. I got it from his son for $600. I am very happy. New front tires are needed, one has a leak and both are going bald! I put my 23 8.50 12 Goodyear ag bar tires on the rear today. Then I cleaned up my mower deck up, has 2 small rust holes up top and some on the corner of the non chute side and along the front edge on that same left side. Its been patched before, with quite heavy steel, so once I get these fixed, I should be good. Gear box is quiet and full of lube, spindles are quiet and the blades are in decent shape, just needing a quick sharpening. I have a good plan in my head to put a rear sleeve hitch on. I have the lower mounts figured out, just waiting on a bracket to come in at work. Using the heavy plate steel mounts for a striping roller bar for a Cub Cadet Z-force Commercial model as the lower pivot points. The sleeve adapter is one for a Simplicity/Allis Chalmers garden tractor. I plan to remove the fender deck to degrease and clean in the next couple weeks, I am going to make an arm to come up from one side of the mower deck lifting rock shaft. From there a metal bar will travel rearward below the fuel tank and above the axle to another pivot point I am adding to the sleeve adapter. A shouldered bolt will allow movement. If it all works as it does in my mind, it will allow anybody to add the rear implement lift for the more common and cheaper sleeve hitch implements used on many garden tractors. Mike
