Nice a picture is worth a 1000 words. I had my M8540 delivered with the larger tires of the Radial flavor who knows if i really see the benefit but they sure look nice.Here's the dif between 9.5x24 and 12.4x24.
I'm not sure about the 7xxx series, but in the larger, 85xx and 95/99xx series the wheel pattern is the same. TripleR is a poster on here. He has the 8540, I have the 9540. Larry had the larger 95xx tires put on his 8540 before delivery.

Nice thing with the 7040/7060 is they get the LSD on the front axle.Yeah big difference. From what I told the M85xx and M99xx share a common in internal gear ratio between front and rear. The M70xx and M60xx also share a common internal gear ratio between them. However, the two sets are different, so the M70xx can't use the M85xx fronts and vise versa even though the backs are the same.
