My new M7060 HDC12

I'm jealous of that tractor, I've wanting to trade my 5100 in for a 7040/60.
Did you get the larger front tires? or are they the standard?

They are standard Ag tires

Just upgraded my 5100 for the m7060 just like this one. Just pull the trigger!

I checked on changing front tire size. Wanted one wider. With the R1s no other options on this one in the USA at this time The tires on the m8560 are wider but also taller.

Your right the 12.4 x24's make the 9.?-24 look tiny. My buddies massey's13.4-24's make my M8540 tires look small. I only have problems with the front end sinking in with soft soil.

Well, dealer hasn't dropped it back off yet. Had them add cast rears, third function, and self leveling on the loader. Also, a hyd lop link was in the deal. Updated to a 7' BB and 7' cutter while I was at it.

Here's the dif between 9.5x24 and 12.4x24.

I'm not sure about the 7xxx series, but in the larger, 85xx and 95/99xx series the wheel pattern is the same. TripleR is a poster on here. He has the 8540, I have the 9540. Larry had the larger 95xx tires put on his 8540 before delivery.

Yeah big difference. From what I told the M85xx and M99xx share a common in internal gear ratio between front and rear. The M70xx and M60xx also share a common internal gear ratio between them. However, the two sets are different, so the M70xx can't use the M85xx fronts and vise versa even though the backs are the same.
