My perfect BX23 replacement list ......

Agree with 'em all. Especially the tach & taller front tire suggestions. I do have just a few pet peeves agin my otherwise very capable BX23.

I'd like to see the ROPS having the ability to fold down a full 180 degrees. When mowing close in to buildings & fences around and under trees, the folded ROPS keeps me from cutting in close due to avoiding makeing contact w/the fences and walls.
The B series tractors have this feature btw.

I'd also like to either see a telecopeing tilt steering wheel or the European deep dish steering wheel made available here. As it is now, with the seat being higher due to the additional hardware necessary for spinning it around for BH operation, it places the operator higher and further away than on the other BX series tractors. This enhansement would definitely improve operator comfort.

Finally I'd like to see more power out of the hydraulic system, specifically, increasing pump operating pressure. As it is now, feathering the BH significantly slows down operation. And certain combinations of operations can slow the BH to almost a compete stop!
I'd also like to see a 16" BH bucket option.

A new proprietary mid-mount PTO powered string trimmer, designed specifically to mount on the same suspension that the MMM does. These photos are from a 2 y.o. thread and were attachments JN4310 posted showing his home built string trimmer mounted to the side of his JD garden tractor and powered by the pully and belt PTO. A similar device that would connect to the MMM suspension on a BX would be brilliant.
