My Ride-on Tracked dumper

This project is pretty neat to watch. Seems to me the best bet would be to modify one wheel and see how it would hold up. Maybe temporarily attach the modified wheel to something that you can exert a bunch of force on like the bucket of a tractor then if it passes you can figure out how to mass produce it. Looking forward to more pics.

I think your best bet is to see if the steel place has a CNC plasma or laser cutter.

even a torch table that takes a pattern will do a ok job.

but ya water jet or plasma is going to be the way to go.

Not sure what the lowest speed on my mill is but it should be around 200 rpm. CNC Plasma cutter? That sounds expensive. I would expect that they have a torch circle burner. Probably go with the hole cutter.

Working out the postion of things on the Motor tray. Also a shot of the front blade frame. I have angled the end up for maximum break over angle and the blade will sit flat when down. Need to figure out how I am going to shoehorn an angling cylinder up there.

It might not be as expensive as you think. Once the file is in the computer, the machine does the work with minimal human intervention.

Slight problem, my Hydraulic pump is clockwise and the motor is counterclockwize. Will have to mount the pump upside down, under the engine tray. This will solve the issue of the belts being exposed to branches etc.
