She has been home for 4 days.......gaining weight and eating well. I haven't seen her yet since she's been home......they aren't supossed to take her out yet, something about RSV, a respiratory thing /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
She doesn't have it......they just don't want her to get it at such a young age being a preemie and all.

Say, you make me realize that I have a problem. Since I haven't bought my tractor yet, what kind of pedal tractor do I get for my grandaughter? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I guess all I can do until I know what color it's going to be, is have her wear TBN hats and shirts! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Emilee got her first chance to "sit" on her tractor today /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif with some help from Grandpa. I wonder if I need to add some blocks to the pedals for now....... /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
Well..... maybe I'll wait until she can at least sit on it and hold on by herself

My newest grandson was born Monday. Thursday evening son in law called. As he was talking to my wife I leaned over and told him that I'd missed the boy working with me since I was using the backhoe on the skid steer.

Wife exploded that I had about fifteen years before that boy got to operate equipment. She got it from son in law and me, "four!" at the same exact time. She's convinced the poor kid won't make it long with guys like us around.

Today before our two inches of rain in forty five minutes killed the day we were talking on the phone. I mentioned that the kid ought to be almost ready to start riding in the tractor. Son in law said we might have to wait a month or so until he can at least hold his head up by himself. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Nine grandkids and great grandkids. And we finally have one close enough to ruin. Life is truly good.

Grandchildren are a lot more fun than children. Took mine with me to veg out at the Lake of the Ozarks this past week. He got over his fear of the water, learned to swim and rode the tube behind the boat all by himself.
