My eyes are pretty sensitive to lights like that: I probably would have done like the trucker.
my truck had a motor mirror on the pass side. the mirrors on the drivers side where fixed. you had to get out and loosen them with a couple of 9/16 wrenches to adjust them. and the spot mirror catches the light no matter how it adjusted.Wouldn't it have been easier to simply move the mirrors slightly until the guy passes you?![]()

I have compassion for those who tailgate, drive with their long lights on and fail to signal. It must be very painful for them to live their lives in such a rush and without regard for others.
