At this point I'm building up my ignore list because asking how guys who fix equipment tires for a living fix a nail hole is too much to ask.
People needn't be a pro to know what the correct procedure is or to be able to point to an expert (an appeal to authority).
For example: this is an appeal to authority:
What happens if I get a puncture?
Most minor punctures in tubeless tires can be fixed by plugging the hole just like a car tire. First, rotate the hole to the top and remove the object that caused the puncture. Next, follow the instructions on the plug kit. Do not continue to operate the tractor on a soft tire. You will risk breaking the bead away from the rim and losing all of the Rim Guardョ.

Sounds as though I can simply plug the thing like a car or truck tire, a thing i did not know because I'm an auto tech, not a heavy equipment tech.
