Need Dust Caps for LandPride Grapple on a BX25D

Greetings,

Have a new LandPride SGC05 grapple on a new BX25D. I need (2) male and (2) female dust caps to protect the Quick Connect hose ends when not using the grapple. I called LandPride, they weren't sure what size caps to use, but stated that the hose itself of 9/16" (presumably ID). The plastic caps would go over the 2 male and female QC ends. I would imagine something like this is common and even available on Ebay. Anyone have an idea of what size and where to get them? I would assume that the QCs for the 9/16" hose are likely all the same, maybe not. Right now I have a plastic baggie zip tied over the hose ends to keep them clean. thanks

Try Tractor Supply, I bought mine there. Your fittings should have a # on them. I'll guess 7241-1 A -or B

The only ones I found at my local TSC were way too big. I think the 9/16ths may be the OD of the hose. I need these also for my LP grapple and hope someone can find a source. The Kubota dealer cost was outrageous to my recollection. It appears the ones on the loader QA hoses are the right size. I'll look tomorrow.

Well I did an Amazon search under "hydraulic fitting dust caps" and there are several to choose from. Also a Google search led me to Parker where I found this listing in their catalog.

I have ones in stock that fit 1/4" and 1/2" ISO5675 "AG" type

No such luck here in central Texas. However, my dealer has recently been acquired by a multi location dealer and maybe positive things will result for the customer - at least one can hope.

KennyD - thanks for chiming in - always good to hear from the green side. I went out to my shop and here;s what I was able to read on the QA female connector. It says "SH25-14P 6000PSI MAX KV" The hose is 1/4 INCH - 4 (6.4mm) SAE100 R2 W.P. 5800 PSI. The bolt on hooks you have for the Kubota buckets look interesting.

I bet they are 1/4 fittings like my Ventrac.
