What the Humpolec loaders have is the Euro style quick connection. As shown in the pics, it is a more solid connection than the skid steer connection. I have both on my tractors. You can buy adapters, at least some years ago you could. I have also seen some CNH tractor loaders with the Euro connection. There are a couple of different designs of the Euro so watch you dimensions. W.Jones
