For 3k I hope you didn't expect a new machine. Even throw in a new transmission it is still very cheap.
I'm sure with a free ad you can double your money and not lift a wrench.

A local dealer loaned my a manual and a pressure gauge to check charge prssure and high pressure as im sure it low.

Sounds like an awesome dealer. Not many dealers are going to lend you tools and a repair manual to fix your unit.:thumbsup:

I took the rear tail section off the rear pump and the brass wear plate has a very bit of wear... The pump pistons look brand new as does all other moving parts.
I belive these are possibly part of the problem.. The hydro on these are very simple and even a noob could work on it.

Another note, upon taking off the rear oil filter to check for blockage, guess what i found? To chunks of mud the size of pea"s. Not much very but it could have some of that crap plugging a relief.

There was little to no metal shavings on the drain plug.

Btw, i seem to be the only person on this thread.. Does anyone have any interest in this or should i just keep it all to my self?

No way dude, keep us informed...I'm really curious as to the outcome of this issue. I'm guessing that we're all stumped...What was the outcome of the pressure test? Unless I didn't see it, never heard.

I would also like to know the outcome, info like this is something we might all be able to use down the road to diagnose our own problems. The more info I can gather before stuff breaks the better I like it.:thumbsup:
